What’s the greatest comeback in Ninja Warrior history?

The Clippers made NBA history on Monday. Who do you think has accomplished that in the Ninja-world? On Monday night, NBA history was made when the Clippers beat the Warriors with a stunning 31-point comeback. That’s the largest comeback OF ALL TIME in NBA playoff history. Even if it’s not your team, you have to respect a showing like that. Who doesn’t love a good comeback? It’s like something out of a Disney-helmed sports movie as the players share meaningful looks and the inspirational music swells. There’s just a little magic that happens when someone is down and out and […]

No matter the weather, Oklahoma City shows Ninja Warrior the love

The weather didn’t want to cooperate, but city still provided a warm welcome. How does the song go again? “OOOOk-lahoma, where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain…” Well, they certainly got that right. For the second time in the show’s history, Oklahoma City was home to American Ninja Warrior for a few nights. The show taped the Qualifiers and City Finals right in front of the State Capitol Building. And for the second time, the winds were certainly sweepin’ down the plain. A swath of bad weather swept through the area, bringing cold temps, rain, and WIND. While it […]

Oklahoma’s Governor tried out the American Ninja Warrior course, ended up a bit bloody

Nope. It’s not as easy as the Ninjas make it look. American Ninja Warrior returned to Oklahoma City for the second time recently. With it THAT close to his offices, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt apparently couldn’t resist the call of the challenge. According to posts on his Twitter account, the Governor gave the course a shot. His post says he can’t share the video of it until the episode airs later this summer, but there are a couple of hints as to how he did. […]

It’s Fail Friday!

Failures are a part of the Ninja life. We love Friday for multiple reasons, but Fail Friday is definitely one of them. When you’re a Ninja, failure is simply something you have to accept, because it’s going to happen…and happen again…and again….and again. We love to see American Ninja Warriors own their mistakes with just as much style as their victories! Warped Wall Evolution

This iconic American Ninja Warrior obstacle has been upgraded a couple times in recent years, and the Ninjas always rise to the occasion. How is it possible that just a few short years ago, it was common for men & women alike to fail on the 14 foot Warped Wall (even with three attempts!) during American Ninja Warrior competitions? Why is it that so many Ninjas now make that 14 foot wall look like a walk in the park? Because Ninjas are determined. And persistent. And technical. And always striving to overcome obstacles.
